PPS Enterprise Talent Management Training

The PPS ... is so much more valuable than I ever imagined and I'm extremely excited about using it in our organization.

The two-day session was time well spent and provided tremendous insight in our personnel strategy as we deal with the challenges of the future. In particular it was rewarding to see the 'lights go on' for several participants with respect to the use of the tool, some areas to address within their business units, and some was to better deploy their personnel resources. That alone made the session frutiful.

Creating High Performance Organizations

Creating High Performance Organizations is a two-day program that trains Managers and HR professionals to implement JPP Job Analysis & OPP Self Assessment as key components of their organization’s talent management processes (recruitment assessment, selection, employee promotion, career development, management, leadership development, employee retention and succession planning initiatives). Participants will learn unique insights to understand personality, and to identify/measure the key characteristics that are critical for “high performance” in any position within their organization.

This talent management training seminar instructs participants in the process of utilizing JPP for the development of job behavioural models – which become important benchmark models for recruitment, management and retention processes. The OPP Profiles provide in-depth insights into the strengths, weaknesses, motivation and potential of individuals. Participants learn which characteristics affect: decision making; proactiveness; an individual’s team orientation; communication style; openness to change; attention to detail; innovativeness & creativity.

The JPP & OPP graphs are used to organize and simplify the attributes and dimensions of personality into an easy-to-read visual picture. Replacing thousands of words, this graphical decision making approach makes it possible to precisely calibrate the degree of the various characteristics people possess, and to compare individuals against JPP (job model) identified characteristics. Participants learn how to look at people within the context of different work culture expectations, job requirements, best “fit” for immediate & future assignments, as well as organizational development as well as future training needs.

This session will equip participants to:

  1. understand the unique insights into people and high performance that are missing from most hiring and management practices
  2. differentiate between traits & behaviours to make more accurate placement decisions
  3. more objectively and comprehensively understand individual’s strengths, weaknesses, and motivational needs in relation to specific positions
  4. clearly understand the important differences between Implementers, Initiators and Facilitators, and how they are best deployed in creating your high performance organization
  5. understand and interpret an individual’s traits profile to more accurately and confidently predict their on-the-job performance and potential
  6. craft accurate job behavioural models for any position in your organization using the JPP system, and learn how to compare candidates for a “traits fit” evaluation
  7. address employee development & performance improvement needs in an appropriate & constructive manner
  8. differentiate between Doorkickers and Maintainers in sales and customer service positions; learn how they best contribute, and preferred management strategies
  9. learn what management tactics will have the greatest impact upon performance with different personality styles for communication, employee motivation, employee coaching, and performance management
  10. learn about your own style, how you affect other people, and how to maximize your talents & abilities
  11. deploy the PPS talent management system as part of your team-building and group planning processes

OPP Profiles on select staff in your organization will be utilized as illustrations during this session to aid in understanding the important differences between traits, behaviours and motivation.

Participants will be trained to implement this talent management technology into their organizations and will build skills in how to interpret Personality Profiles for assessment, development & feedback applications.

This talent management training seminar, with MBA level content, has helped 1,000’s of managers, entrepreneurs, and HR professionals around the world to improve their personal management effectiveness & create high performance organizations.

A comprehensive manual is provided for use both during the training seminar and as on-going reference thereafter. Participants are also coached through “on-the-job” training following the seminar.
