Completing the OPP Survey©

When you complete the Survey, please keep these important things in mind:

  • There are two sections to this Survey and it takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
  • The survey must be completed within one hour or the session will time out.
  • There are no right or wrong answers; trust your "first response" in making selections.  Complete the Survey without assistance from others.  
  • Please use your mouse for making selections and scroll bar for navigating (using arrow keys may result in inaccurate selections).
