This one-day Creating High Performance Organizations seminar is designed for clients that have implemented the PPS Behavioral Assessment Tools and want to utilize PPS as a workforce planning tool for the organization. The content is focused for leaders and line managers who have day-to-day responsibility for the performance management of other people.

Participants will learn how their own characteristics influence their management actions and decisions. Leaders and managers will learn valuable insights into understanding their team members individually/collectively, and more clearly understand their employees’ motivational needs, behaviours and potential. The workforce planning seminar highlights how individual’s characteristics affect: decision making; attitude; proactiveness; team orientation; communication style; openness to change; attention to detail & accuracy; ability to be innovative & creative in solving problems; dealing with conflict; and how they will contribute to growth.

Participating in this session will help participants:

Participants will be provided with an OPP Personality Profile describing their characteristics & motivating factors; the Seminar Consultant will provide additional insights on how they produce results and influence others. OPP Profiles on their direct reports will be reviewed during the session to develop the most effective management, development & retention strategies.
