Introduction

The Pro.file Performance System™ (PPS) technology provides Consultants a unique opportunity to leverage additional business within their existing Client network, add value to Client organizations, and build their own consulting business.  PPS assessment results can be deployed in a wide variety of potential HR/OD applications including: recruitment, selection, promotion, career development, performance management, leadership training and development, succession planning and retention. Facilitated by 24/7 on-line accessibility, and in a variety of languages, PPS instruments enable Consultants to provide both bureau type services and organization-wide solutions to small or large enterprises.

Concord Consulting, the owner and developer of the PPS Program has built a strong core of consulting expertise in behavioral profiling for both positions and people over the past 17 years with entrepreneurial, corporate and not for profit clients in a wide variety of industries in North America and beyond.  We focus on helping clients understand the core competencies they need for current and future employees to ensure the “best fit” serves both the employer and employee.

Consulting Partners – Opportunity Overview

Our objective is to grow our business by developing an international network of non-exclusive Agencies (Consulting Partners) who will provide their clients with world class assessment technology and leadership development. Concord will train and support qualified Consulting Partners to more effectively and comprehensively impact the development of current client organizations, attract new clients, and build an annuity income for their Agency through the deployment of the PPS Program.

Our Business Model is designed to efficiently and effectively:

  • teach the unique insights into people and performance that is missing from most hiring and management practices
  • transfer essential knowledge for implementing the PPS Program into your current consulting practice and client situations
  • provide required support for initial, ongoing, and unique consulting initiatives
  • share revenue generated by sales of PPS programs, services and materials

Prospective consultant partners have the option of participating in a “graduated approach” to developing a PPS Agency.
