The Pro.file Performance System is programmed to compare an individual's characteristics against those identified as being necessary for the specific position - highly insightful information to aid in pre employment screening, selection, recruitment, and employee promotion decisions. The PPS Program can be used in every talent management process. The program is also able to identify other positions in your organization for which candidates or employees would have suitable characteristics & fit.
For organizations on a growth curve or who regularly recruit, Concord will provide a program license to internally deploy the PPS technology - including Facilitator & Management training and full time Internet access.
