The Pro.file Performance System is programmed to compare an individual's characteristics against those identified as being necessary for the specific position - highly insightful information to aid in pre employment screening, selection, recruitment, and employee promotion decisions. The PPS Program can be used in every talent management process. For organizations on a growth curve or who regularly recruit, Concord will provide a program license to internally deploy the PPS technology - including Facilitator & Management training and full time Internet access.
